This role is responsible for performing approved nail services with consistency and care, maintaining a clean and client-ready workstation, and ensuring every client receives a professional, comfortable, and welcoming experience from start to finish. Nail Technicians are also expected to uphold proper sanitation and safety procedures at all times while representing the brand with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Perform nail services while maintaining company standards for quality, hygiene, safety, and professionalism
- Deliver clean, polished, and client-ready Russian Manicure results with proper technique, care, and attention to detail
- Maintain an organized, sanitized, and presentable workstation before, during, and after every client appointment
- Be present and prepared to accommodate confirmed client bookings based on the submitted work schedule, and properly coordinate any necessary schedule changes with management in advance
- Follow RMW guidelines on approved services, tools, client care, branding, dress code, and social media posting
- Provide clients with a professional, welcoming, and comfortable experience throughout the service
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding services, expectations, aftercare, and recommendations when needed
- Monitor product usage and properly care for company tools, equipment, and work materials
- Maintain a clean, polished, and professional personal appearance during work hours
- Participate in required trainings, meetings, evaluations, and skill development sessions
- Work collaboratively with the team and contribute positively to the salon environment and overall client experience
- Immediately report client concerns, incidents, damaged tools, or operational issues to management when necessary
- Uphold the professionalism, reputation, and service standards of Russian Manicure World at all times
Must Have
- At least six months of actual experience working as a nail technician
- Experience in nail art, gel polish application, and detailed nail finishing.
- Strong hygiene, sanitation, and client safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, precise, high-quality work
- Ability to perform services efficiently while maintaining company quality standards
- Professional, reliable, punctual, and organized with work schedules and client bookings
- Good communication and client handling skills, with ability to maintain professionalism during busy service days
- Comfortable working with clients in a premium service environment
- Ability to follow service protocols, systems, and company standards consistently
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, attend ongoing training, and continuously improve technical skills
- Positive, professional, and can-do attitude with ability to work well within a team-oriented environment
- Genuine passion for the nail industry, client care, and professional growth
Nice to have
- Experience with Russian Manicure or dry manicure techniques
- Knowledge of different nail products, gel systems, e-file techniques, and professional nail tools
- Existing nail portfolio or clear sample photos/videos of previous work
- Previous experience in structured salons, premium service environments, or advanced nail training programs
- At least one certificate from a nail training course or workshop
- Ability to create clean, professional content for social media and portfolio purposes
- Basic understanding of client retention, client care, and premium service experience
- Experience working with detailed nail art, structured gel application, or advanced finishing techniques
- Comfortable appearing in salon content, social media posts, or promotional materials when needed
- Passion for continuous education and staying updated with industry trends and techniques
