STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These Terms and Conditions govern the enrollment, participation, and completion of all courses, programs, trainings, workshops, certifications, and related services offered by ARTISANA NAIL INNOVATIONS INC., operating under the trade name RUSSIAN MANICURE WORLD, whether delivered online, in person, or through a hybrid format.
By enrolling in any course, the participant (Student) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Enrollment and Access
1.1 The Provider agrees to grant the Student access to the enrolled course in accordance with the format, duration, and scope outlined in the official course description.
1.2 Course access periods, schedules, and delivery methods vary by program and are communicated during enrollment or prior to course commencement.
1.3 Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt and validation of the required payment.
1.4 The Provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at its discretion if eligibility requirements are not met or if enrollment was made in error.
2. Fees and Payment
2.1 Course fees are determined per program and disclosed during the enrollment process.
2.2 Payment may be made through full payment or approved installment plans, when applicable.
2.3 All payments must be completed according to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to comply may result in restricted access, suspension, or termination of participation, including disqualification from assessments, live sessions, project submissions, or certification.
2.4 Payments are processed through official invoices and payment channels provided by the Provider. Proof of payment must be submitted to the designated student support email for validation.
2.5 Payments made for courses that are not officially open or confirmed may be refunded, subject to administrative or cancellation fees as determined by the Provider.
3. Attendance, Participation, and Deadlines
3.1 Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions, complete required coursework, and meet all deadlines.
3.2 Failure to complete course requirements within the designated access period will not entitle the Student to extensions, transfers, or refunds, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.3 Participation requires active engagement, completion of assigned tasks, and adherence to course timelines.
4. Course Delivery and Modifications
4.1 Courses may be delivered online, in person, or through a hybrid format.
4.2 Online courses may use structured releases, scheduled sessions, or drip-based access depending on the program.
4.3 The Provider reserves the right to modify course content, structure, schedule, instructors, or materials as necessary to maintain quality and relevance.
5. Live Sessions, Assessments, and Projects
5.1 Some courses may include live sessions, coaching calls, practical demonstrations, assessments, or project submissions.
5.2 Eligibility for live sessions or assessments may require completion of prerequisite lessons or activities.
5.3 Failure to meet prerequisites or technical requirements may result in forfeiture of the session without replacement.
5.4 Submission deadlines are strictly enforced. Late submissions may receive limited feedback or alternative evaluation methods.
6. Tools, Materials, and Equipment
6.1 Certain courses may require professional tools, kits, or materials. These requirements will be communicated prior to or during the course.
6.2 Where included, tool kits are provided as specified in the course offering. Additional tools may be required at the Student’s expense.
6.3 Failure to obtain required tools may prevent participation in practical sessions or assessments.
7. Support and Communication
7.1 Student support is provided for the duration specified per course.
7.2 All inquiries must be sent through the designated student support channels.
7.3 Response times may range from 24 to 72 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
8. Code of Conduct
8.1 Students are required to maintain professional, respectful, and ethical conduct at all times.
8.2 Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, academic dishonesty, or misconduct may result in removal from the course without refund.
9. Refunds, Transfers, and Cancellations
9.1 Due to the nature of digital and scheduled educational services, all payments are non refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
9.2 Enrollment is non transferable. Course access, benefits, and certifications may not be assigned to another individual.
9.3 Failure to attend or complete a course does not entitle the Student to refunds, credits, or transfers.
10. Certification and Completion
10.1 Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of course requirements, as defined by the Provider.
10.2 Certificates are issued under the Student’s full legal name as provided during enrollment.
10.3 A valid government issued ID may be required for identity verification.
10.4 Certificates are issued digitally unless otherwise stated. Printed certificates are not guaranteed.
11. Certification Maintenance and Revocation
11.1 The Provider reserves the right to review or reassess a Student’s work after certification.
11.2 Certifications may be revoked if professional standards are not maintained or if conduct damages the reputation of the Provider or its community.
12. Use of Student Work and Testimonials
12.1 The Provider may use submitted projects, feedback, and testimonials for educational or promotional purposes.
12.2 All testimonials are given voluntarily and without obligation.
13. Intellectual Property
13.1 All course materials are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider.
13.2 Students are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use materials for personal educational purposes only.
13.3 Reproduction, distribution, resale, or public sharing of materials is strictly prohibited.
14. Warranties, Disclaimers, and Liability
14.1 The Provider makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, income, or professional success.
14.2 Participation is at the Student’s own discretion and risk.
14.3 Liability is limited to the amount of course fees paid.
15. Legal and Medical Disclaimer
15.1 Course content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice.
16. Termination
16.1 The Provider may terminate access if a Student breaches these Terms and Conditions.
16.2 Upon termination, access to course materials and services will cease immediately.
17. Governing Law
17.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
18. Entire Agreement
18.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the full agreement between the Provider and the Student and supersede all prior communications.
