Residency at RMW

The RMW Residency is designed to give certified nail technicians the opportunity to gain real experience in a professional studio setting, complete with high-end tools, equipment, and a fully prepared workspace.

As a resident, you’ll work on actual paying clients using top-quality tools and products inside our fully equipped RMW studio. We handle the bookings so you can focus on doing great work and building your portfolio.

This opportunity is perfect for nail technicians who are just starting out, don’t have their own studio yet, or are based far from the city but want access to clients in the heart of Manila. It’s also ideal for those who want to start generating income right after the course without having to invest in their own workspace, tools, or booking systems. All you need is your time, focus, and skill. We’ll take care of the rest.
