Your appointment will begin with a consultation and assessment of your nails, cuticles, and concerns. This allows your nail technician to recommend the most appropriate approach for your needs.
As RMW takes a nail care and skin care approach to services, first-time appointments are intentionally limited to select services.
We ask that new clients arrive with bare nails, as we do not remove existing product applied by other technicians during the first appointment. This allows us to properly assess the natural condition of your nails and surrounding skin before recommending an appropriate approach to care.
For first-time visits, available services include:

• Russian Manicure with Sheer Builder Gel
• Russian Pedicure with Sheer Gel Polish

Yes. Companions are welcome; however, seating is limited. We recommend letting us know in advance if someone will be accompanying you.
Our building has more than 18 parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If parking is important for your visit, please let us know before booking and we will do our best to assist. Availability cannot be guaranteed as parking is shared throughout the facility.
Please note that RMW is located on the third floor of the building. As the building is an older structure, elevator access is not currently available.
We warmly welcome all guests; however, those with mobility limitations may wish to consider whether the stairs will be comfortable for them. If you have accessibility concerns before your visit, please don't hesitate to contact our team and we'll be happy to discuss how we can best assist you.
Because RMW takes a care-first approach to nail services, there may be situations where we are unable to proceed with treatment.
Examples may include, but are not limited to, open wounds, active infections, certain medical conditions, recent injuries, or other contraindications that may affect the safety of the service.
This is also why we require pre-booking photos of your hands or feet, depending on the service requested. These photos allow our team to carefully assess whether the service is appropriate and safe for your current condition before your appointment is confirmed.
If you are pregnant, diabetic, or have any medical condition that may affect your appointment, we encourage you to inform us before booking. In some cases, we may request a doctor's clearance before proceeding.
While we always aim to accommodate our clients whenever possible, the health and safety of our guests remain our highest priority.
Yes. We offer a carefully curated selection of nail art designs through our in-house nail art catalog.
Rather than creating custom designs by request, we focus on specific nail art styles and artistic disciplines that our team has intentionally developed and specializes in. This allows us to maintain a consistent standard of quality while offering a unique selection of designs exclusive to RMW.
Please note that nail art is typically introduced during a client’s second or third appointment. For first-time visits, services are intentionally limited to Russian Manicures with sheer builder gel and Russian Pedicures with sheer color.
This is because our initial focus is understanding and caring for the health of your nails, cuticles, and surrounding skin. During your consultation, assessment, and service, your nail technician will evaluate your nails and advise when they may be ready for nail art in future appointments.
For manicures, eating, working, or sleeping is generally not possible, as your nail technician will require your cooperation and access to your hands throughout the service.
For pedicures, clients are welcome to work, use their phones, enjoy a light snack, or even rest during the appointment, provided a manicure is not being performed at the same time.
As our services involve detailed and precise work, we ask clients to remain as relaxed and still as possible to help us deliver the best results and experience.
Yes. We offer a 5-day service warranty. If you experience lifting, chipping, or concerns related to the service provided, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment so we may assess the issue.
We understand that delays happen. If you arrive late, we will still proceed with your appointment.
However, your appointment will end at the originally scheduled time so that we may remain on schedule for the next guest. Services will be adjusted based on the time remaining, and only the work that can reasonably be completed within the remaining appointment time will be performed.
Appointments that are missed without notice will be considered completed and are not eligible for a refund, credit, or reschedule.
Appointments may be rescheduled once at no additional cost, provided we receive at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment.
Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for you and often involve extended service durations, additional rescheduling requests may require a new reservation and may not be accommodated.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment are not eligible for rescheduling and the appointment will be considered completed.
Appointments cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be converted into studio credit as a one-time courtesy.
Should a future cancellation occur, the appointment may no longer be eligible for studio credit, even if the required notice period is provided.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable and will be forfeited.
