I have reviewed RMW Studios’ pricing and understand and agree to the rates for my selected services and any applicable additional charges.

I understand that a 50% non-refundable down payment is required to secure my appointment.

I understand that arriving late may require my service to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled depending on the remaining appointment time.

I understand that if I miss my appointment without prior notice, my 50% down payment will be forfeited.

I understand that I may reschedule my appointment once at no additional cost with at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling within 48 hours is not permitted, and my appointment and down payment will be forfeited.

I understand that cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be converted into studio credit as a one-time courtesy. Cancellations within 48 hours will be forfeited, and future cancellations may no longer qualify for studio credit.

I understand that my requested service may be modified or declined if my nail technician determines that it is not suitable for the current condition of my nails.

I understand that an additional ₱500 fee will apply if I require removal of a previous set done by another nail studio.
